Awards & Recognition

Thanks to the sponsorship provided by the Soil Science Australia, I was fortunate to be a member of the Australian team to participate in the international soil judging competition at the 22nd World Congress of Soil Science.

I was awarded the 2021 Postgraduate Award for Excellence in Soil Science at the April ordinary general meeting of the Soil Science Australia Queensland branch. We also went on a tour of the Institute for Molecular Bioscience at The University of Queensland, visiting the Soil for Science lab and the Venom lab.

I was very honoured to be short-listed as one of the finalists for the 2021 Brian Chambers international award for early career researchers in crop nutrition organised by the International Fertiliser Society.
